For Northamptonshire’s International Men’s Day event, our facilitator, Dave, shared the story of his journey - working through severe PTSD following a violent intrusion at his family home. He opens up about his challenges and fears around seeking help, the anxiety he felt before attending his first Brotherhood group, but also the profound difference these men have made to his life and his recovery.
